I always start with a consultation.

I start by listening to you; I don’t do presentations trying to convince you to hire me. Based on what you are looking for, I will tell you what I can do and how much I will charge you.

I always charge a fee for my consultations. If we decide to not work together, you have me for the whole hour to help you right on the spot. If we decide to work together, I will apply my consultation fee to your bill.

This means I know kvCORE REALLY WELL and have taken all sorts of classes and certification classes.

Been in real estate since 2005 and sold as a solo agent AND with a team.

I do not sell any longer.

When you schedule the discovery meeting, you will pay the consultation fee to confirm the appointment. When we meet we will decide if we will be working together then discuss a timeline for how long it will take to get everything done. Don’t forget, if we decide we will not be working together, I will show you how to do anything kvCORE for the rest of our time together.
